Nothing by itself. The site has no forms, no accounts, no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics that identify you. Our web host keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, for a short period.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram we receive what you choose to send: your name, phone number or email, company, and project information such as drawings, photos, the site address and deadlines. Drawings and project files may contain information about your client; please share only what is needed for the quote.
To reply, prepare a sketch and a quote, and take the steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). To carry out the order: production, delivery, installation and after-sales (art. 6(1)(b)). To issue invoices and keep accounting records required by Portuguese law (art. 6(1)(c)). To photograph finished projects and show them on our website and Instagram, crediting the designer — only with the client's permission (art. 6(1)(a) consent, or our legitimate interest under art. 6(1)(f) for the designer's professional credit). We do not sell your data and do not send newsletters.
Services we use to talk to you and run the business: WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland), email (Google Workspace), our website host, and our certified accountant. Meta and Google may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries that do not become an order: up to 2 years after our last contact. Orders, contracts and invoices: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law. Project photos published with permission: until you or the client ask us to remove them.
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its use — write to [email protected]. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
